For example, about item like that in link, what is my final price I pay as a buyer? Is it 2020,30 $ or there is other expense?

If I understand correctly, you simply pay the price. Seller pays fees.

Be a bit careful here. I think the seller is offering them for $1950 shipped, but it is not clear you would not be responsible for customs clearance once the package arrived to Serbia, whatever that cost might be. I'm in Amman, Jordan right now and would expect to have to clear them at a cost unless I appealed for duty free entry. However, in the latter case, I would have to re-export them when I left Jordan or pay the customs duties then.

If you click "see details" next to the shipping you can enter your country and it'll calculate shipping for USPS International. Like Dan says add/expect customs/tax and whatnot. Free shipping seems to be in the US 48 only. Check with the seller that they are cool with Int shipping before you click BIN the button.

I've had a snare go to Japan recently through the eBay forwarding program and it went smoothly. I do not know what the buyer ultimately paid in total but I shipped to a us address and it was forwarded from there with the buyer paying those shipping costs separately.

No idea on customs either but I suspect it is a flat percentage based on sale price?
