That's not Keith Moon; that is some lookalike the record company proffered in an attempt to get articulate and coherent interviews promoting the new album. Of course I can only compare it to the Keith Moon I sat drinking with in the Speakeasy at 3 in the morning on several occasions, so I may be biased.
