I just registered and wanted to say this is great to have a chance to talk to you all. I have been playing drums scince 1966 and bought my second set in 1971 and still play them. It's a 1969 Ludwig Rock duo, Black diamond pearl.

Double bass 20" twin toms 12" & 13" Floor tom 18" Super sensitive snare 14"

also have 1960's Zilgen 22" & 20" med ride 1970's Zilgen 16" crash and 70's Ludwig paiste Hi hat and 16" cymbal. The whole set with exception to the seat and heads is Vintage and I am taking my time bringing them back to condition. I just finished with the snare and I am looking for a hard case for it.

Having trouble with that due to it's a Super sensitve.

No amount of planning will ever replace dumb luck.
