I have a rare Juergens drum in good condition. Not the original drum heads but good shape. My best guess is it is from the early 1940's. It has a dark wood grain shell and the Juergen's button on the drum. Definitely a marching snare drum. Can anyone tell me more about it? I have been kicking around selling it.

Welcome you have come to the right place , the wealth of knowledge flows like a spring river after a winter thaw ....
I’m sure one of the marching drum experts will chime in soon
April 2nd 1969 scarfed pink champagne holly wood and 65/66 downbeat snare, and , supra same year very minty kit old pies
66/67 downbeat with canister
Super 400 small round knob
1967 super classic obp
once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.

I've never heard of that company. All I can tell you is that the outer shell is mahogany wood. More pictures would help.
