Hello there! A Broadway 500 with the wrap in fantastic condition! As you will see by the pics, the snare strainer is incomplete and the butt is totally missing - any spare parts lying around anyone's workshop? Any help always appreciated!

The few pictures of this model of drum , I have seen do not show a throwoff, just a turnbuckle or adjustment knob. The butt end would have been a simple drilled yoke , fastened with one screw.
On your drum, it looks like that yoke has been replaced with a single screw throwoff from an Olympic piccolo(both the Discus and Narrow used these) and the original turnbuckle removed from the other side. The shell on that side was drilled for either a conventional butt, since removed, or to do the simple but odd tieoff inside the shell. I have seen one or two of those Olympic throwoffs, on ebay for sale but they are not that common.
