John Bonham Wikapedia Page Last viewed: 4 days ago

I recently went to check out Bonham's Wilapedia Page.....to my utter dismay, the section under gear/equipment used has been practically wiped out! It's been a while since I visited the page and was going on to check some specs on the skins he used. In the past his page had extremely detailed information from the kits he used, cymbals and skins, right to the time period he used them. Why or who would remove this important information!?crying2-07

Oh yea... look for an old article on the web from Traps Magazine (Autumn '07 issue) that featured JHB. Try this search term: TRAPS Fall 2007: John Bonham

For a while DRUM! was offering this a free .PDF download. However, I can't find it on there site easily (the website looks a jumble to me!).

I attached some screen shots of the equipment list.

EDIT: See if this artical link will work for you: www.drumsoloartist.com/Site/Drum_Publications/magazines/bonham_traps_autumn.pdf

Let's see if I can't embed it....

wow is all i can say thanks for making my reading this afternoon very informative...

April 2nd 1969 scarfed pink champagne holly wood and 65/66 downbeat snare, and , supra same year very minty kit old pies
66/67 downbeat with canister
Super 400 small round knob
1967 super classic obp

once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.
