man,youre breaking out the big guns tonight! i'm a huge morello fan. ive got an autographed brubeck quartet vinyl that he signed in my collection. but he didnt sign it for me. just something that i acquired. even better that your snare appears to be silver sparkle! certainly a favorite of joes...very nice!!

Yes, he was a "first class" man. You could ask him about anything from music to other musicians and he would tell you what he knew. I remember a lengthy conversation with him about Buddy Rich, it was very interesting.

oh Joe was great for those kind of stories

a close friend of mine was a student of his and we would go see Joe perform pretty regularly .

my buddy was often times Joes ride home and he would always want to stop at this bar in Irvington NJ for a beer and a sandwich.

I would just sit and not say a word and listen

I could listen to Joe talk for hours and hours ....he was absolutely hilarious

he is missed very much

I envy you for having that snare drum
