I just bought an horrible Mark V Kit to get some parts for a restauration project.

By checking the stuff, I saw that I got this nice jacques capelle Snare in the bucket Clapping Happy2

It has an very interesting strainer with a "clip" to fix. Never seen before. I have to clean it and do some small workings on it. Than, I think, will own an interesting snare.

Does anyone knows more about about his snare? 8 Lugs. I know Capalle more for his hardware.
