Is this set MIJ?

Hello Everyone,

I'm not an expert on MIJ drums and such so I'm calling on you for identification/info. I only have one (and somewhat crappy) picture of the set in question but it looks to me like it might be a MIJ set of some sore (Star?). Red sparkle wrap, 6 lug bass with metal hoops, no badges. I guess all signs point to MIJ but I need the experts to confirm. And of course I'm going to ask for a ball-park value.

Hard to say from pic, but appears to be Hoshino. I'd say lower end of MIJ scale, low lug count, splintery luan interiors, though can be made to sound alright. Seems to be in decent shape, cymbals and hardware included?
