for me it's like a beard; if you allow to grow it, it's only normal you'll have a beard. However some man don't like the looks of a beard and shave themselves, some man like the looks of a beard and don't shave.

You could or could not do something to compensate for the not so handy design of the memrilock/bracket combination. I did, cause I like my legs 100% vertical.

If your degree of OCD will not allow the leg splay, then purchase a set of Fullerton Cast mounts and hex legs. This will permanently solve the issue.

I'm all good with the tilt, as it is normal, and the "Do No Harm Vintage Purist" in me says: .....leave her be....
