You can look for info on the badges elsewhere just google Gretsch badge history and you will find this badge in question.

Gretsch.com/drum has a complete badge history page. The badge is the 80's-90's badge (goes a little into the 2000's). It's a 80's bass drum, it looks right. That kick should sound great. Gretsch uses Nitro-cellulose on their drums, so, over time they only sound better. You would think $350 would be way high for a used bass drum, but, I think that bass drum new is around $1200. Also, the drum you are looking at is a jasper shell Gretsch. More collectable.

Rogers early Fullerton Blue Strata 22,13,16 w/brass Dynasonic
My first kit, 1983 Ludwig Rocker? (it has the classic lugs and 4ply maple shell) 22,12,13,16 ..now in black oyster pearl. I still have it
Stop Sign USA Gretsch (80's), black nitron jasper shell 22,12,13,16
1995 Fibes Austin,Texas Badge (original owner) 22,10,12,16,18 in natural wood
USA 2007 Rosewood Gretsch 22,13,16 w/12inch 70's Rosewood Gretsch tom

I've always loved those Rosewood Gretsch drums. Wish I had a set. :)

Is that tom mount original? It looks slightly off-center.

Kits:
1950s Gretsch Name Band in Midnight Blue Pearl (13/16/22/14sn)
1965/66 Ludwig Club Dates rewrapped in Black Diamond Pearl (12/15/20)

I've got a Gretsch 16x22 that I ordered in Dec. of 89 and recieved in March of 90 with that badge. The list price on it was $750.00.

That price seems good to me.
