Nobody any idea:-(?Hmmmm:D
Looks very nice (very clean interor of the tom, and very nice edges!), but I don't know much about German drums baby crawl2 sorry
These are older Tromsa made drums. Tromsa used these lugs for some time into the 50's and they seem to overlap in production with the teardrop stamped brass lugs that they used during the 60's.
They made drums for a German music company called Lindberg and those drums used mostly these type of lugs and were also mostly unbadged. There might be a pencilled in serial # inside that begins with Lin####### or just an L. However, the drums also came out with the old Tromsa logo on them.
Most of them had cast aluminum with nickel plate hoops. These clipover hoops , I have never seen on drums with these lugs, which might date them fairly early---possibly the 40's.
Deri had very similar lug in the 50's, also cast aluminum with nickel plate but a close examination shows them to be slightly different.

Thanks for comment! I learned a lot! Always great when you share your knowledge;-) and yes there is an L inside the bassdrum:-)
It looks like this now..see pics;-)
The FT i build wit an old Deri shell that was lying around, it´s a re-wrap;-)
The whole set has a classy sound!

They look beautiful Christian, and I bet they do sound fantastic. I've always been amazed at how those little 10" Tromsa rack toms can bark.
I have two snare drums with those lugs but both have parallel drop snares , so are 16 lug drums. Those have the cast aluminum 8 hole hoops. Perhaps they reserved the cast hoops for the 16 lug drum. I have not seen a rack tom with a cast hoop.
Here is an old thread you may not have seen, that shows a similar pair at least.
Some of the hardware looks to be Deri. It is possible that both Deri and Tromsa sold unfinished parts to Lindberg, who then finished them as a composite.
