Is the 15 inch kick Drum legit? Signia Premier

I know it's not exactly Vintage but I thought I read on the forum somewhere that someone actually had a 15 inch Signia Kick. Anyway I am looking at this drum and possibly picking it up in an hour and any info would be great.

Yes, very likely a floor tom.
