This is advertized as 1963 Slingerlands.

The serial numbers put it in the late 70's.

The bass tension rods are mid 70's, at best. The Set-o-matic tom mount was way later. The FT set wing nuts are later design. The bass drum logo seems too large.

I agree with Kevins, No these are not 70's and they been stripped either of paint or wrapped! if you can get them cheap $300.00 or less this would be a killer kit to gig.

Presicely my thoughts. I would turn these puppies into a White Marine Pearl set.

Judging by the kick, those are the late-70s thicker shells, don't expect a lot of warmth from them.
