Just saw this. You did well Dule. It looks like the original bass drum legs are back on that one. Whatever the other legs were, I've always thought the originals look nicer. Welcome to the club.

Don't know if it's a legitimate Jazzetter or not (though it does look like it is), but we have inadvertently discovered a lefty set even if not a Rogers lefty.
Nope. Not a leftie...reversed picture or not. The rail mount on a Jazzette is in the middle, so you can put the tom either way. The placement of the round knob tone control can vary on different 12" toms, so it isn't diagnostic of anything in particular.
Sometimes it is on the drummer's side, sometimes it is on a different panel including the audience side along with the badge (which would be your left handed version if I understand your argument correctly). But it can also be on other panels in between. I can't tell you why Ludwig did it, only that they did. Thus I wouldn't count on it as strong evidence of a special leftie set.
Thanks again Zenstat.
Legs are not original, they are from some MIJ drums, but they fit.Next week I will bring home other components,12 and 14 and make pictures of complete set
I too, like someone here was wondering about the FT snaregate ?? Buttplate holes??

Ludwig Jazzete 1976. with 1969.Supra and some Zidjians from same period or older
