Saw these while browsing the fleabay.
I've never seen a mounting system like that before. A single post that attaches to what looks like a rail mount that is somehow attached horizontally.
Rare to see what looks like MIT (based on shell and lugs) with a single post system.
Someone improvising with a mixture of leftover parts... Not a factory item that's for sure... but where there is a will.. there is a way...

Certainly looks that way! Still, it does look like a lot of work went into this system. I copied two of the pictures and cropped them to try and show a little more detail. I'd love to see some good closeups from the seller.
