Interesting (MIJ?) snare - anyone know what it is?

I came across this snare and thought it might interest some forum members. It has no badge but looks MIJ. It has a parallel strainer that I haven't seen before. Anyone here got any ideas about its origin?

Thanks Mikey, that explains why I've never seen one before. Might be a rare survivor.

I would have said Gracy, 'cause the lugs are a little different than standard Pearls. Interesting...
