Inner Shell Painting

Dear Fellow Members,

My old Supreme set is almost complete but, for an interesting detail. My tenor tom shell, in the interior,is painted a flat gray. My bass and floor tom are not. For the sake of consistency, should I try to match the bass and floor tom? If so, what might I use? Perhaps, I should just leave well enough alone. Any ideas? Thank you in advance.

B-I would let them be, but if you must, the color is a dull silver grey. I personally would not attempt the paint job becuse of the real possibility of damaging the wrap. If you do decide to paint them, let me know, I can tell you the bast way to do ti and get it almost factory fresh.

Dear Jonnistix,

I bow to your wisdom. If you advise me to leave the shells alone, that is my path! As you know, I really appreciate all that you do for The Forum. I look forward to reading your messages on an almost daily basis. In my opinion, there in no one better! Thank you very much!
