This is on a 20" ride that I have to sell unfortunately, I am just trying to get a little more information on the age, etc. of the thing. Thanks for any help.

Looks like an Istanbul K intermediate stamp, dates late-50's to mid-60's.

Cymbalholic should be chiming in if I'm wrong.

Nice pie, what size? I'd be interested, PM me.
