Identify this floor tom?

There are NO maker's marks anywhere on the drum or hardware. The interior is a natural maple color. This floor tom is part of the set I thought was an original ( and complete) Rogers; but it is a mix of late 60's and early 70's Rogers. This floor tom has different hardware and the interior is NOT gray ;like the other pieces. Can anyone tell what it is from the hardware?Please see attached pictures.

Those lugs are Ludwig. The leg mounts are generic import. Without seeing the inside of the drum or bearing edges, it's hard to give more info than that.
