Identify this drum/brand

This Badge is bringing up zero hits on google. Can't find any info on the company or drum. So it is up to the gurus on the site to test their memories. The company is possibly "Premium" or at least that is all the badge has on it.

It is a 14.5 by 5.5 snare and from the looks of the stand it appears to be 70s or 80s era possibly older.

Seems like a stencil kit made in Japan to me. The muffler knob is the same kind my old Tempro kit had.

Here's an old thread on Supreme drums. Some of the experts say Supreme Drums were made by Star. Star, of course, became Tama a few years later around the time of the Camco merger.
