I can't help with ID, but that is one seriously beautiful set of drums.

Yeah, those are beauties! As for the drums - the hardware is all Premier apart from the tom mounts. Lugs, tuning rods and bass drum leg mounts are all older premier style, possibly pre 1976, but I''m pretty sure those tom mounts are not Premier - they didn't do the two arm set-up as far as I'm aware.

Also, the 12 and 14 tom set-up is odd - it's usually 12 and 13 or 13 and 14, and I'm not sure kits of the age of that hardware had a 14 tom as standard.

Because the tom mounts are not premier, It could be that you've got some old hardware on a newer set of shells. Are there any reenforcement rings? Don't think Premier made too many mahogany drums in the past.

Brody, the tom holders do look Premier 70's to me. All the hardware seems right for the period. Premier did make 12" and 14" toms but not 13"s. They stopped making the 14" and started doing the 13" around... can't remember... late 70's?

It's a lovely kit - even better now it's original. I'm sure the mahogany lends it some collectability too!

Inside of shells were sealed with some beige stuff. It can't be painted by Premier, or can it?

In later years, premier painted the interiors black, but I don't think they did it in the 70's, may be wrong though. Some people paint the inside of their drums themselves for extra resonance.
