The mounted tom is swiveled 180 deg.in the wrong direction.No,it's not a President-six lug bass and FT.Standard Pearl luan stencil from around 1972.I think the battleship lug drums are getting scarce-they were not made for that long to begin with.

I picked the kit up today and it turns out the floor tom is a 14 inch, cant say ive ever seen one that small before. Are these hard to find?

14" any floor tom is hard to come by! Great score. If they are round-over edges, take some 220 sandpaper and LIGHTLY smooth them, being careful not to change the contour, all you want to do is smooth them so the heads seat better. If they are 30*-round-over, kiss just the outer round-over. I doubt they are 45, but if so, still make a light attempt to sand out the outer edges. Do this on all the shells and you will have an easier time tuning them. If you can get them, Aquarian Z-100 coated single ply heads would be your best bet.

EDIT:I see they are 45* single cut to the inside. Check them for true on a flat surface...you know what to do...
