This an old fiberglass ( I think ) 16 inch floor tom.

Here's the lugs and leg mounts.

Any ID help would be appreciated !!

I got the legs, and rims.

It's actually complete except for a muffler, just looks like crapola.

Yes jonnistex,pearl Fiberglass, the leg mounts would date the floor tom after 1975-late-.The first ones pearl came up with had the same floor tom mount but the insert does not look like that one of Kevins..Badge would be black with pearl in silver badge is about 1/2" high and about 2 1/2" long...Mikey
