Thanks again guys. I doubt that I will sell it. I have become too attached to it to be honest. It has "the sound". I've played on it and gigged with it for years without doing anything but changing heads. I just wanted to give it a proper cleaning as a token of respect since it's served me so well all these years. It's 13" so it fits nicely for playing with a double pedal. It cuts nicely without being obnoxious, lends itself well to being miked and has a nice sensitivity.

I used to deliver the morning paper around my area and I discovered this poking out of the trash. 5-1/2" x 13". Also someone has (!GASP!) spray painted it black. I searched this site top to bottom but couldn't find anything on 13" snares in this color. Also the badge is missing. HELP!
Nice find, my man! Next time you're delivering papers, peek in a few garages...I'm lookin for a 1963 Split Window Vette!!!
