Fullerton full badges, meaning pre-1973.
Rogers moved to Fullerton in 1969. So the badges changed from Dayton to Fullerton.
So now we know somewhere between 1969-'73.
Your Fullerton tags have a decorative border. from another site, I found this information:
"All the tags looked about the same, Cleveland, Dayton, until Fullerton.
In Fullerton 1970 they started using left over Dayton tags.
"That same year they made Fullerton, CA Holiday tags, smaller in size like a credit card. It didn't have a fancy printed border, it was plain. These were short lived. They then made Fullerton, CA Powertone tags (with a border), again short lived 1971 to 1972. In Sept 1972 they ordered the 9/72 small sticker tags. By the time they got them and started to use them it was the very end of 1972 or the beginning of 1973. These were used until 1975 when the Big R foil badges started."

So, your tags have a decorative border. So your drums with those tags are from '71 or '72. Do all of the tags look like that ?
This is confirmed by another owner who has Fullerton tags on bass drums (2 bass drums) with serial #'s 610xx and 659xx. His Dynasonic snare is numbered 271xx. This set was purchased in 1971.
Your bass drum numbers are close to these. Your snare drum number is close to these.
I would say, then.... your set is a 1971.
