i need vintage drum hoop clips !

HELLO ;

i need these drum hoop / rim clips .. i'm hoping you can please tell me where i can get about 20 of these but with a deeper hook..... to come down on the inside part of the rim a bit more... the shorter ones seem to snap as you can see in the picture.. the longer clip on the right is what i need... it is going on an exotic middle eastern drum...

do you know what this longer one is ? or what it was originally for ? thanks for your help !
