I need part for a '68 Slingerland Vintage Snare

I'm an italian drummer, I bought a slingerland's vintage snare of 1968, but I need top hoop 14" 6 holes, strainer and butt (original holes for strainer is 2 1/2" center, butt is 2"), please Can you help me to find original or similar?
