A clubdate that's been painted, a Jazz Fest, a couple of Olympic stands... looks like a good project and I'm guessing it wasn't expensive
I'm guessing you got them at a good price, cool project!
That was the best pic I could do..
I was thinking jazz fest...
I should get them next week..
"Weasels ripped my cymbal"...Frank Zappa-
If that's a sizzle... I'd hate to see the well done version...
Cheers

Shame about that cymbal. It has "the look". 50's or older on the cymbal I'd say.
The drums looks like late 50's/possibly early 60's Clubdate 22/12/15 with Jazz Festival from what i see. Thats a nice find. Ride tom probably was a hoop mount clipper with the bass having the cymbal mount top dead center. Might be a natural interior maple bass drum too. Looking forward to finding out more about them.

Thxs for the details...
I'm still wondering about the Hihats..? Mmmmm....
The crash/ride is a bust...
And the snare has my full attention..
Once I have them home...il update with pics...
And most likely I'll strip and re stain..
Lots of hardware ...but looks mij or premie ..?
Nice score.. If you didn't pay much for it, then even sweeter..
Those drums will be warmer than hot buttered toast once some fresh heads are put on, and it's been cleaned and detailed..
