Today I bought a Hungarian-made bass drum pedal. It was bought by the former owner in 1966 in the city of Sverdlovsk (USSR). I compared my pedal with photographs of drum kits located in the museum of the city of Cegled in Hungary. The similarity of my pedal coincided with the pedal of the Hungarian installation of the Cosmos brand (in Hungarian "Kozmosz Elit")The pedal has not yet been restored or disassembled. It works very quickly, I liked it. There is no return spring on the pedal case. It is probably mounted in the middle of the case.

No, buddy... :)
This kit was really hungarian. It have had a little bit of export parties to USSR, but that set was really weak in holders, mount plates and etc. This kit was used by drummers for small gigs of weeny ensembles in little halls before film shows.
Sometimes these drummers were women... :)
Cheers,
George.
