Here you have photos of what Leedy timbales by Slingerland look like and what the Leedy timbales made by Conn music look like. The both look very similar yet they have major differences as mention before. Slingerland made quite few changes throughout the rein to these timbales that involved from stands to lugs and much more. Here in photos you can see much of there differences between what is known as the Humberto Morales.

The original Leedy has claws made of steel the Slingerland has claws made of brass and chromed. The original goes back in to 1944-1954, the Slingerland go back 1956 - 1965 that they ended this model but continued to make with Slingerland Hardware.
