To me,COW finish prices really depend on the condition of the finish-moreso than some others because scratched-up chrome looks like krap. And where is the bass drum?

I think that you need to post some more detailed pictures in order to receive more response. They do look like the basis of a nice setup for the right person..

thanks for your answers. I know, it's difficult to give an opinion about that, but for me it's not necessary so precise. The drums are well mantained and sound good. I've no bass drum. However, I uploaded new pictures and I hope you could say to me something about a possible price. I just need a track to take a decision.
