well I am wondering... I have a 12/16/20 60's aqua sparkle in nice wrap condition and would love to find an additional 13 inch rack tom in aqua sparkle to add on... does such a thing exist?

I don't believe Premier made 13" toms of any kind until at least the 7o's. They made gorgeous 14 x 8 (pancake toms) though.
