How do you remove rust from wraps? Last viewed: 9 minutes ago

Loading...

Can anyone recommend a product or method for removing rust from a white satin wrap on a 60's Slingerland kit. The springs inside the lugs rusted and it leaked onto the wrap.

Thank you for your help and ideas.

Blessings,

Brian

"Scrubbing Bubbles"? White vinegar and a toothbrush? Worth a try and will not damage wrap.

I've used Scrubbing Bubbles and a soft toothbrush to the get the dirt out of Satin Flame wraps. Certainly worth a try for the rust!

Is the damage just under the lugs? Can you post pictures?
