I can see a number of things incomplete /missing, what might be wrong that isn't being shown. I don't think this is a great deal. Infact, it is pretty much max value.

Not to mention that the kick is setup backwards.DOH

This looks and sounds like a kit that was bought for a beginner. Super duct tape on heads, beginner cymbals, poor spelling. And the bass drum being backwards is also usually a good indication of such,lol

I like the use of a FT leg as a bass drum spur. How imaginative.

And where's it written that you can't have the spurs on the batter side? ;)
