went to see hop with my 9 year old yesterday, has anyone gone to see it?

they have 3 kits in there that the rabbit plays the first one in his own jungle set with what looks like a vintage cos snare could not see id,

then he plays with a blind blues group on a kit and then at the end a Ludwig you see the keystone badges on all of them too cool and they all sound retro as this is cg for the animals added, to real sets /actors .....

April 2nd 1969 scarfed pink champagne holly wood and 65/66 downbeat snare, and , supra same year very minty kit old pies
66/67 downbeat with canister
Super 400 small round knob
1967 super classic obp





once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.

What the ....... are you talking about??? Is Hop a movie or some touring group or a strange and obscure animal act resurrected from the 1940's?

I am so out of touch with today's "with it" players. dang

The Band Hello...I saw the keystone right off the bat. Thought that was so cool. I guess someone on the movie staff really appreciates nice drums....Joe
