I just have a Hollywood President snare but I keep an eye out for more!
It's a weird, double snare strainer model and it needs some work but it's still one of my favorite snares.

great, but not original hoops
I know. I'd like to replace the hoops and find a drum key to work with the hex tension rods. I have pretty much zero hope of finding original hoops to fit the cutout for the double strainer setup too. I'm thinking just switching over to a current hoop and claw setup.
Even without the original hoops, it's still a cool snare drum! Thanks for sharing!

You're welcome! It really is a beautiful chunk of wood. I adore the finish on it and the badges are my favorite that I've come across so far. I'd love to have a complete kit of Hollywoods but they don't pop up often around here.
I'm using it with my Gretsch round badge that I'm restoring right now and listening to a lot of Max Roach!

Hi buddy, even if it doesn't have the original hoops it sure is a fantastic looking snare drum so thank you for sharing it to our great forum for us all to see..Clapping Happy2
