There, now that that's out of the way, I've been on a neighboring site for a while but I can't get enough of vintage drums; so thought I'd expand my horizons and check out more pictures that you guys might have.

My kit is a 1969 Gretsch Avante-Garde (I think) Double Bass - Double Tom

that's pared down and re-configured for Jazz right now.

Thanks all --- It's Salmon Satin Flame, always thought it catches the colored lights nicely, so I got some strung up above it at home.

Bought it for $350.00 new - in 1970.
