Help With T-Rod ID Please

Loading...

I've had these T-rods for a long time and I can't figure out what they are.

I do know that they will not fit 25 year old Tama casings. One of the T-rods has part of a sticker on it. It says "Made In..." and the rest is missing. It's black with gold border and writing. None of the other T-Rods have stickers however but all 8 match.

I've searched the net and can't find a similar pic. Is there anyone who might know?

They look like '70s Slingerlands...they could be knock offs. They should have the standard 12/24 threading, which should be the same on both Slingerland and 1970s Tamas. Some of the Japanese knock offs had different theading.

They're just slightly too big. They won't even begin to thread on.

The're from a set of 60's Japanese drums. Mine were Majestics and they also had the larger threaded end.
