Hello everyone. I have been away from the drums for about 12 years and I am just getting back into it. I have a small problem. My first trap I got when I was 13 and it was a used Ludwig. I just got it back and started playing again. My question is how do I figure out how old it is. My brother put new shells on and I dont have any numbers or anything to go by other than the lugs and tom mount. I have looked everywhere and have found some of the same pieces but no luck in telling me what exactly I have. Any help would be great. Thanks!

By seeing the interior of the shells, the mounting hardware, the bass claws and rods, and the lugs, we can probably figure out the vintage w/i about a 5-10 year period or so.[/COLOR]
