look around the outer edge for a tiny stamp that reads Japan. I have a similar one that took forever for me to find out that stamp was there.
It's possible !

it reminds me an Ajaha in all, but the concentric grooves in the bottom inside the bell I've never seen on any old cymbal, it's the thing that confuses me most ...Cooked Egg

I have a 14" Ajaha, stamped made in Italy. A very nice instrument. I believe they were distributed by Gretsch.

I believe Ajaha was distributed by Gretsch and made in Italy by UFIP. All the drum companies distributed Zildjian, and all of them had a second line of mostly Italian cymbals. Another name was Alejian. They tried to make the names sound Turkish.
