Hi!

I worked for a bit in a studio where they have an amazing YAMAHA from the 80's but I don't remember the model (stage,recording,tour?). So I hope that somebody here can help me checking some pics of this drum:

The toms and bass look like stage custom series to me.

That would be an early 80´s 7000 series.

Finish is called "Dark Brown"

Does it say made in England on the badge? If so it was made by Premeir between 1987 and 1992. I just read up on that the other day because I just bought a Yamaha snare made in England and looked it up. I found it on the wikipedia site, here is a link
