help me identify this premier

It seems like this is my lucky week, I've come across a ludwig 400 for ?40, a beverly 21 for ?20 and now this.

maybe :p

It's brass, 14x4 I think, and has a parallel strainer and is post 87'ish (judging by badge). That's pretty much it, here's some pics that might help. Sorry for the poor quality, it's my phone :o

Worth is in the wallet of the beholder, for ?30, I'd bite the seller's hands off if you're in the market for a great piccolo.
