Hi all. I know this is a Premier drum, 14x6, from the desciption from the seller. Seller says it's metal. looks wood from the interior shot also provided and the texture of the shell, but maybe they painted interior too? The lugs look royal ace era. Obviously someone has done their best to devalue it DOH with the paint job. Maybe worth a punt for a recover, just wondering exactly what the model is?

I think it's metal...look at the cenetr groove running horizontally......in which case, if you didn't have access to a sandblaster, I'd say...pass on it....

They made a seriously cool snare with a metal outside and a wood inside a while back. If that's what this is you might want to think about picking it up cheap and restoring it. I had one and loved it. That snare played very nicely. Something to think about.

Yeah, more I think about it when I look at the interior, it's just metal, but they must have really slapped that paint on, duh!!! Still, if it stays really cheap!
