Help identifying this snare

This is up on kijiji in my area, seller doesn't know the brand or much about it. Is this kind of thing worth buying?

It's one of a couple of hundred brands made by either Pearl or Tama (Star at the time) or possibly Hoshino. They are all pretty much the same in term of collector value, which isn't much, but some are made better than others. So at $50, the wrap looks good, I'd say it's probably worth that much, but no more.

If you want it for collector value, I'd say look elsewhere, but if you want to actually play it, some of those make dandy players drums, but...others just plain suck.
