Hey guys. Can you help me identify this finish please? Is it gold strata?
Thanks,
Wes
Using an online color sheet, it could be either Bronze or Gold strata. Picture lighting might be coloring the shell a bit.

Lemon Strata.
Possibly Bronze,
definitely NOT Gold Strata.

Thanks guys!
Thanks for the help with the color and pics/videos!
I found a 3 piece set. 22, 16, 13. Unfortunately no matching snare. The 13" has a little rash as seen in the pic and so does the bass drum but the rest is in pretty good shape (the guy says 7 or 8 out of 10 conditions) with no unoriginal holes. Pretty much a players kit. I'm thinking of picking them up but I'm not sure what a fair price is. He is firm on $600. It is a cool wrap but does that seem a little high for just 3 pieces in the most common sizes?
Thanks
For price reference, about 6 months ago I picked up a 12/16/22 Blue Mist with the original single tom mount for $550. There are some mismatched bass t-rods and a little repaired seam separation.
If all original, I don't think that asking price is out of line. They are the same shells as the Classic line, some even have Classic lugs. Mine has the Standard lugs.
Good luck,
Steve

Thanks guys. I'm going to go check them out. Might be looking for a matching snare next!
Lemon strata seems to be one of the more sought after of the six strata wraps. It is much harder to find than blue or ruby strata which, along with gold, seem to have been the top sellers. Bronze and avacado seem to be the hardest to find but lemon isn't that much more common.
Other than the lug design and some of the hardware these drums in those sizes are the equivalent (certainly sonically) of a Super Classic outfit of similar vintage. So what would you do if you happened onto a $600 vintage Super Classic outfit in a semi-rare and very cool wrap? Food for thought anyway.
