Identify as to what? Make, wrap? Lugs are Slingerland, no? Few more photos and info would help.

Tom leg mount is Gibraltar.. (don't know about the lug though...Yes 2nd look sling)..

Looks like someone change leg mounts, lugs look like Slingerland but could be a copy

Hard to say. Lugs look Slingerland(ish) but that's all that really does and a lot of the MIJ stencil kits wore pretty good copies of Slingy lugs (and you can still buy new "Slingerland style" lugs today). Doesn't have Slingy hoops or muffler knob.

Do you have any better pictures?

+1.Slingerland copy lugs,probably Star or Majestic.The muffler knob looks MIJ/MIT also.The wrap looks MIJ also,too dark for US made.
