Help Identifying Parts

I have these 2 Spur mounts. or even possible Bass Drum cymbal mounts.

The first I think might be Ludwig but I'm not 100% sure. The Wing Screw I don't think is original but it works.

It's not a Hi-Hat Clutch. The hole is over a 1/4" in Diameter or 1cm

Wow, I thought is was a good guess.

I saw the grub screw and thought that top of something and that washer has HH all over it.

I have a HH clutch very, very close to that with a white steel key like that too.

No points though huh ?
