Help identifying a bass drum?

I'm having a chance to buy this drum for around 10 bucks. Does someone have any idea of brand/model? Lugs look interesting and wood grain direction is right.

I'm interested also of what cymbal is that old looking 14(?) with rivets. It has writing Paiste, could it be Stambul? Snare looks like MIJ?

After some research I was thinking of Olympic by Premier according to 6 lugs. Or it can also be East-European Premier-copy such as RMIF. Items are on Finnish Ebay-like auction site and price for all is 50 bucks. I don't think people are interested of these because they look like piece of junk.

Olympic yes, Premier no. The cymbal and spur mounts are genuine Premier castings. Could be the start of a nice little Olympic kit. For 50.00, can't really go wrong.

Drums are located quite near to my apartment. Maybe I will contact the seller and ask if I can have a look before bidding. I'm afraid that they are Soviet-made (possible in Finland..) but I can tell that from hardware quality and bearing edges I think.

The T-Rods have been replaced with Japanese ones, as was one of the hoops. Those cast spur mounts are unmistakably Premier castings( Boosey&Hawkes used them too) and the hole for the tom mount, with it's 3 symmetrical surrounding screw holes is for the 60's non-telescopic mount , Premier used on Olympic and Beverley. The screws holding the lugs are Phillips head and dollars to doughnuts the washers under them have a keyhole shaped hole to make assembly faster. The shell is Birch , with the grain running circumferentially.
