Help identify the year of Premier drums

Hi everyone,

Anyway of identifying the year of these drums. From the seller and after checking the Premier website I only know they are from the 60s. Also I know the floor tom is not Premier and looking for one now. These drums sound so amazing that I packed up my 1968 Ludwig set to play these.

Approx year late 60's. No internal dampers on bass drum. The early prems had an internal damper on the reso and batter heads. The external muffler id take that off and use felt strips. Or put it on batter side. The premier drums actually look very tidy, the floor tom probably a MIJ. It looks like a great match why don't you put premier lugs on it as long as you always if selling inform next owner.
